If you have the misfortune to receive a product affected by a manufacturing defect that is original and not caused by external influences or because handling errors so we offer guarantee by either obtain parts or product repaired.The guarantee applies to any faults of major importance relevant to the product's functionality.The warranty valid for faulty function except for failures caused by moisture, humidity or the like, and faults caused by incorrect installation and assembly, incorrect handling, lack of maintenance and damage incurred when transporting the product.The warranty implies no repair or other work on the product is made by unauthorized person. The warranty is void if parts added to the product, accessories or other items that are not original articles and thereby caused an error. For returns from countries outside EU you must return at your own cost.

Damage in transit

If the box is damaged, do not sign for it, contact us at info@krebs.se. We will contact the transport company and resolve the issue. A new product will be sent to you as soon as possible.

Unclaimed packages

If you don’t claim you packages at the delivery point and the packages returns to us you will be charged for shipping and expedition of the gods, this does not regard damaged packages that we have been informed of.
